Lavneesh Gupta serves as the Executive Committee Member and Chief Bancassurance Officer with HDFC Life. He is associated with HDFC Life since January 2019. He brings 27 years of experience across banking, insurance and media. He leads the Company’s bancassurance functionality. Prior to joining HDFC Life, he was associated with IndusInd Bank, Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Tata AIG, and Standard Chartered Bank.
 
Lavneesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. He holds a postgraduate MBA in Finance from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. Lavneesh’s leadership in bancassurance and his extensive experience in the financial sector underscore his significant contributions to HDFC Life and the broader insurance industry. He has been awarded as the BFSI Game changer 2024 by Times Network.
