With over 30 years of experience, Joerg has dedicated his career to empowering individuals and organizations. He spent 12 years in the insurance industry as Head of Engineering and CIO, leading Agile transformations, innovation initiatives, and large-scale organizational change.
Now a transformational coach, Joerg partners with leaders to reinvent themselves, remove friction, and foster cultures of empowerment. His approach goes beyond professional development—helping individuals and teams unlock hidden potential and drive lasting impact.
