Arthur currently leads the Retail Services team at Zurich Hong Kong, where he drives business growth, oversees sales operations, and manages performance across all distribution channels. Before this role, he served as Zurich's Head of Product and Proposition, managing the development and strategy of non-life personal line products while spearheading innovative initiatives with ecosystem partners. Arthur started his career as a management consultant and has since held diverse roles in strategy, research, and product development across the technology, asset management, insurance, and reinsurance sectors in the Asia Pacific region.
