Chang Jiang (Charles) graduated from Zhu Kezhen College of Zhejiang University, majoring in computer science and technology, and PMI certified PMP.

Former Chief Technology Innovation Officer of China Pacific Life Insurance, in charge of Life Operations and IT department. Worked in Union Life Insurance Co., Ltd. as Assistant Vice President and GM of the operation center and executive director of Union Financial Services. Also served Taiping as Chief Operating Officer of Taiping Financial Services and CEO of Taiping Insurance Broker.

He has rich professional and practical experience across all insurance functions, including marketing, sales, operation, IT, customer experience, etc. Currently, Charles is serving as the Vice President of FWD Life Insurance, responsible for the digital transformation, digital platform, data, and AI development for FWD Hong Kong and Macau.

He once served as Head of Development and Chief Architect in the global service division of EBao Tech Co., Ltd., and has been engaged as financial industry expert consultant in many well-known international consulting firms such as IBM GBS, Ernst & Young, Roland Berger, and other companies for almost ten years, served lots of well-known financial enterprises including Fortis, ACE, Chubb, Ping An, China Life, PICC, CPIC, China Construction Bank Guangdong Development Bank etc. He has also been involved in the startup process of a top domestic e-commerce company PinDuoDuo.
