Mr. Gerritsen is an expert with a focus on the use of AI and Data Analytics in Insurance. Prior to joining Deloitte Mr. Gerritsen was the group head of data analytics, business intelligence and AI at AIA Group working across 18 countries in Asia. He has been focusing on the usage of data and AI in order to deliver value to both the business and the customer and other stakeholders. Before that he worked for Aegon also focused on delivering value through the use of data. He has been in the analytics and digital space for more than 25 years working mainly for insurance companies but also for banks and e-commerce companies like Amazon.com. Mr Gerritsen has been living and working in Europe and Asia and graduated in economics from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands)
